The more expensive the property the more room for disaster. recently I had an estimate on replacing a relativily inexpensive granite counter top in ubatuba. it was measured by several contracters all specs and design were the same. the low bid was $6800 and the high bid was $25,000.

I would measure your exterior square footage and multiply that by 3.5 -4 to get your total price.So 1,000 sq ft$1,250 - slate siding removal and disposalNew siding materials and house wrap $1,000 - $1,250Installation labor - $1,250 - $1,500This is probably on the cheaper end and it will depend on what type of vinyl siding that you go with.

The L/P might be a viable way for you to sell and could allow you to collect a little bit of cash up front in the form of a deposit.One caveat: if the buyers have money now that they were going to place as a down payment for the mortgage, you'd want to take measures to ensure that they don't spend it in the meantime since they'll most likely need it for their mortgage in 4-5 yrs.

Our main problem is that we have no way to measure how many calls are going to the forwarded number (we use google voice to forward the calls).

BTW - our best measurement is that approx 5% of our franchisees leave the system each year, and ~1/2 of those instances are for personal reasons.
