I have a relative who just installed the Ultra version, and I am thinking of doing the same, so here is what I have found in my research so far: Trafficmaster Allure has the grip strip (adhesive strips built in), and the video on Home Depot's website under that particular product shows that you have to use a leveler for any grout lines greater than 1/4" as the planks are flexible and the grout lines (or other defects) will become visible over time.

As I am learning about the protection from an LLC, I am learning that there is a lot to it (i.e. what states to file the LLC due to the protection they provide, like Wyoming or Alaska as examples of being better states for an LLC protection and anonymity as well as creating a Master LLC to place an LLC for each property into to distance myself from the property).

Yes, property has a lot to do with it but you can be pre-qualified.That said, HML can agree to lend to you but also reject a property if they don’t like the area.
