My only complaint about Cozy is that late fees cannot be programmed into the software.

Cheap DSLR, cheap tripod, couple yongnou flashes, light stands, remote trigger, editing software.

Hi Aaron, I would first find a software that will help with filling your vacancies by marketing your property for you accepting applications and screening tenants.
