I work with all the big box lenders and I have worked with a private hedge fund and I have worked with smaller, local HM outfits and NONE OF THEM had anything like that.Because if the deal falls apart I am guessing they keep your 2500.

Working with a good investor-friendly realtor would be helpful, but always keeping an eye open and looking for alternative lead streams never hurts as well.I hope that helps, but having contractors that you trust and being ready to move when the deal comes up should put you in good shape going into the spring.Good luck!

Hostaway looks nice but unlike Ownerrez they keep all documentation for setup and on what they actually support behind the paywall until you sign up, and they offer no trial.I used to wonder how they got people to sign up with no transparency and no trial.
