He's a friend of mine and has experience in investing, construction and financing.

I've never lived in the area, but have a friend who has lived there his whole life.

We plan to offer it to a family friend/farmer that has been the lessee since we stopped farming and another friend of mine in the area who farms. 

I'd be happy to suggest a few.We have friends in the Wichita area and have considered investing there at some point in the future.

I have a friend that has her Broker's license in 8 states, one of which is NC.

It's being wholesaled and that's who I worked this deal out with, the wholesaler, her good friend is the owner.
