I received an email this afternoon from a customer we are contracted to do an addition on in 2 weeks  .

I just found a 3-unit rental one block away from a college in a Class B/C neighborhood.

My skill set includes problem-solving, negotiation, organization, and customer service and relationship building, along with many others.

I'm a freshman in college from the Philippines.

We had to raid college and retirement accounts to get it rebuilt, and lost 2 years of revenue.

@Heather Olson  Not yet although I do rent to college students in one house and I know the school has temporarily closed.The only upshot at the moment, my mortgages are commercial and instantly reset with prime, so just got notice of the 1/2 point rate drop.- Tom

My nephew got the word yesterday at his college they had 4 hours to evacuate the dorms & head home to stay away from crowds.

I’m a fresh college grad, I have been working and saving, and I currently have 10k.

I was thinking about using the 203k loan to rehab a quad and owner occupy.There are a few in the city (College Park and Clarkston) for around 200-250k. 

@Lorenzo Wright  I have been a contractor for over 30 years and when a customer hands me THEIR contract , I just leave .
