In high school and college I managed a local contracting company and loved working on and improving homes in the area.

THINK ABOUT IT BROTHER...most people where drinking beer in a college confusion at your age so if you're a go getter/ not a dipshit they will respect you for it....this DOES NOT mean they will sell to you because thats a whole different ball game. 

@Brandon SnyderI too am someone who freezes at the mention of math-and my major in college was Computer Science.

I grew up in a family that taught me to go to college, study something useful, and get a job... and I did... and I can't imagine being more unhappy with the result.

A bit about myself: Originally from Colombia but migrated to the US in my teens to go to college.

I bought a little 4-plex in college and didn't have to pay any rent.

Hi Colin,I've been in the business for 3.5 years and started after college, so all of my leads were primarily from friends from college, fraternity, Greek Life etc, looking for rentals.

We both graduated college in 2012, work full time, are expecting our first child very soon, and are currently living in our second home.  

I am college educated but i am just not the 9-5 desk job type.  

Currently, I am 18 years old, motivated, technological (which I believe is the best way to reach customers), time-worthy and planning on going to college in January for entrepreneurship.
