Yes you can do bookkeeping as long as the rent checks are delivered to a known address associated with the property (dropbox) or mailed to an address of record for the owner/entity.The biggest obstacle for me has always been unable to enter into contracts (verbal or written) for services.

It's one of those things that, like the shrunken head said in "Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban" (about the pea soup at The Leaky Caldron), "Make sure you eat it before it eats you".As I understand your post, you're complaining about free advertising which is working for you: steady stream of calls coming in.That said, of course, the poster could have just fat-fingered the number and posted yours instead of someone else's - or did they call out you or your company by name?

The latter has more risk and {potentially} more reward, but as my uncle would say: unless you grew up farming, you probably shouldn't consider share-cropping  [The same would apply to renting pasture for live-stock on a per-head share].
