The usual is to list it for sale if the lender has no personal use for the property.

LLP - Limited Liability Partnership -  Your personal name is listed as the Limited Partner and your LLC is listed as the General Partner.  

There's Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. and most will have who the agent is right there on the listing.
