I'm wondering when do i pay the back payments?

(Credit Score probably over 800, but I never really checked during this purchase).We are finishing a rehab and are just starting to advertise for rent (Sept 5, 2018)2018-In July we got a HELOC on our Hawaii House so we can start using it to buy property.

I am wondering how much of the risk is in the unknown in the first.  

Wondering what’s the best way to start wholesaling?

As of right now I am working on finishing paying off any debt I have and have gotten rid of my truck payment by selling it and getting a “beater”.

Since this doesn't necessarily rely on someone in the province(s) i own and plan to own in, im wondering if anyone has words of advice or recommendations?

I'm wondering if there are any advantages to putting in an LLC right before I sell it in order to avoid paying more on my taxes this year?

I am wondering if I were to invest out of state, should I go for higher cap rate which usually are located in so-so or not too good neighborhood/lower demand or try to sacrifice some % cap rate with better neighborhood/higher demand?  

I wonder what the Airbnb market is like there.

If I can get a code exception and finish the basement, put in another bedroom and livingroom the ARV could go up to 185k for 4/2 ~1850 sq/ft.
