Could their labor expense be classified under capital expense as well because they are doing work under a capital expense category or is this just labor expense? 

And then we also started our HML fund as well.

This assembly will also meet the current Philadelphia fire rating assembly requirement for new builds so you could simultaneously make the building safer as well. 

The former just don't put enough pressure behind the stream; you may as well be showering under a bucket with a few pin holes pricked in the bottom--these ones take too long to rinse you off, so people will take longer showers out of necessity.
