This article was on the front page on finance.yahoo.com couple days ago.I don't think he holds any security licenses or financial advisory certification like the series 65, 6, 63 or CFP, but he is a computer science major who started a personal finance blog 10 years ago because he was bored.

I have 2 in Tierra Robles, one I have to sell for cash out unless I can secure a LOC to use for down payments in conjunction with something like a 65% ARV loan for quick rehab projects.

As a web programmer I go nuts with the misuse of terms. 

I have not had good luck finding any resources (realtors, lendors, contractors, etc)  that are ready to go even though I have cash and feel I should not have any trouble securing lending.Regards
