I have many skills and my W-2 job provides me with 7 days off every other week which could be valuable to a seasoned investor.

These associations are incredibly valuable for education, advice, access to legal forms,  screening services, networking,  etc.If there is not already a tenant in place, be sure you understand how to properly and legally screen.

@Paul Lund, Thank you, that is very valuable insight.

I have read in a couple articles and threads that a SD S401k can be a Roth, but I read in one write up that Roth funds cannot be rolled over into such an account. 

Military markets are valuable for TX and OK, they provide steady renters and home buyers looking for better housing options and commercial opportunities.

Looking at other renovation articles online also show that updates usually only give dollar for dollar, and some not even that.
