I have dogs, moisture issues, and nieces who stay over frequently and spill/drop things like it's no one's business.

They seem to rotate/lose people quite frequently.

Also the larger units will typically be slowest in the low travel months from Jan-April because families just don't travel as much where as 1 and 2 bedrooms will rent more frequently especially on weekdays because of work traffic. 

But again you really can't look at it in a vacuum like that.  

How frequently are you following up on your leads?

We have serious air pollution problems from wildfires, atmospheric inversions, and now the drying Great Salt Lake--which has a salt bed contaminated with lead, arsenic, and numerous other pollutants that get carried into the air by our frequent wind storms. 

I frequently work with Ohio Real Title as an agent and an investor.

Or, side question, anyone who gets frequent bear visits and has a hot tub have a good strategy for keeping the bears from destroying your hot tub cover? 

But probably not that frequently (also perhaps not my great desire to do so).
