NASA is busy dreaming up "V" scenarios to push their Global Warming Climate Change agenda.

Think universitys, downtowns, historic districts, water bodies, etc.

In my experience the ones who badmouth it either have never done it or they tried it once and didn't know what they were doing, or they were forced into it because they inherited property or had to move for a new job and rent out their old house...Having said that it's not a "warm and fuzzy" endeavor--you're often exposed to the worst of human behavior, and the physical work can be tedious.

By way of introduction, I'm a 23 year old recent graduate of the University of Illinois.

I currently co-own/manage some properties near the large university in my city (UCF in Orlando, FL).

Such as helping out with charities and non-profits, achieving financial freedom for myself, & my family so that I can finally get my MBA at the university I want to go to without having to lose an income.As for understanding the Atlanta real estate market, I've done some analysis ITP (Inside the Perimeter) & OTP (Outside the Perimeter).
