Many people get into real estate only because they want to earn more money, but a large percent of investors who make decent money hate the real estate business with a passion because they don't have all the qualifications they should have to be in the real estate business.

The problem: it's registered as a garage and doesn't have a legal CO, yet has a long-time tenant residing there currently.Indications are that the tenant pays, but we know they're paying well below market value, even if that's true.
