Worse case is they will tell you what the problem is and tell you to get electrician (if it is electrical) Best case they might fix it for free.Since holiday is over I have started to pack for a road trip to the Midwest by weekend if this problem is not fixed!

A trip the city will allow you to understand what is possible, based on zoning, lot coverage, etc.

The thing that weighs on my mind is that a tenant would trip.

The example here - our large french-door refrigerator keeps tripping the breaker, so the guests have to go flip it back on or their food spoils.

I think I've heard its normal to give 6% back but I'm not sure how often to pay them back or when or if 6% is actually normal or not.I do plan on paying for premium once I get closer to actually purchasing a property (I'm looking to purchase in october, when my lease ends in my current apartment) but I am still learning about tools and how to use them before spending my free uses.Also, I'd love to meet new people and come to any sort of events,I don't know a ton of people in socal so I'm open to basically anything.I do spend a lot of time camping and am currently trying to get people together for a ski and cabin trip up to Big Bear.I look forward to meeting ya'll!

Consider taking trips to a few cities on your short list to get a feel for them before you decide where you want to live.

My business partner and I are making a quick trip to Memphis to check out the market and surrounding areas.
