I will consider taking the deal to other wholesalers.I have been opened and honest with the seller from the beginning but she uses the income from renting out her property to pay her primary home 100 miles away, she's tired of 200 mile round trips.

I've used them in the past and got more tire kickers than anything else.

I am not sure how things work in Florida, but up here in Connecticut we recently kicked the tires on a legal 2-family that was being used as a 3 family.

Like I said above I got tired of the back and forth is it legal is it not.So being a broker I called the agency and got an investigator to engage me.when asked can you market in ANY manner a property you only have under contract but don't own that was here response.. which is no.She went on to say they deem same day transactional funding as selling RE without a license..
