Always do thorough due diligence of a new resident even if they are pressuring you to go faster.You are going to have a very hard time trying to evict for misrepresentation.

If you aren't able to make a walk through I would definitely find a home inspector that will face time or schedule a phone call to thoroughly discuss the report after the inspection.
