He technically didn't even pay a 'down payment'--his out of pocket cost was 15% of the total investment, which included not only the purchase price of the property, but also holding costs, closing costs, improvements/renovation costs, etc.Also keep in mind the way he structured this deal and the type you are asking about are TOTALLY different, so you can't really compare what you are asking about to the figures he listed because it doesn't work the same way.

Then your best bet is to put together a solid business plan (including information on your background and what you bring to the table) OR find a great deal and get it under contract.

ERentPayment doesn't have a business address listed on their website, and they offer National criminal background check, which is a lie because Mississippi you need to go into the courthouse to search, and only law enforcement has a National criminal background check through the NCIC.
