So I've done everything in storage from Assistant Manager to District Manager (managed 10 stores) - I've probably worked at a couple of dozen throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.The storage I currently manage broke records the last two months.

I'm thinking about house hacking in the north side of Chicago (Avondale and the surrounding areas). 

Bedroom with a lot of Windows surrounding it.

Put a pin on the map and research that market and surrounding sub markets to see what kind of properties can buy in your price range, then determine what kind of house hack you would need to do (multi family, room share, ADU etc)

I am looking to invest/Wholesale in the Aurora CO market and surrounding areas, but I would also consider Fix & Flip and Buy & Hold/Rentals.

Those areas are Atlanta, Pheonix, Houston, Fort Lee (NJ)/Union City, Philadelphia, Seattle, Boston, LA (surrounding area), San Jose, and Chicago.

The surrounding floor is original hardwood. 

I imagine even in a small market(growing fast compared to surrounding towns) downtown property can only appreciate. 

I am local in the Portland area and am looking to get involved with wholesaling and investing in real estate in Portland/surrounding areas.
