I’m not particular picky about colors of tile and paint.

Everything else is sheetrock.One of the nice things about sheetrock is that you can paint it beautiful colors for accent.

We get forced equity through fixing cheap fixes that turn people off (bad wall color etc) and going through the short sale process (5-15% cheaper)! 

Generally speaking you really don't need to repaint all walls, unless the color is outdated.

Its like a person born blind trying to explain color. except they have never seen color.

@Molly Morlino,, I think you deserve more votes..This is just something that is so nicely done it is exceptional, I'd love for you to do a sketch of the overall floor plan..the floors are super,, the colors are super,, and split a/c super...well thought out it seems.

@Suzanne Player  if you don't use light colors and marble I have had a problem with just initial and turnover seals on granite. 

This was and is the thrust of the arguement that each of us is looking through the "rose colored" glasses of our viewpoints for our chosen business direction.But in order to carry this on I believe that Eddie's attempt in starting this was not to relive the clash, but to try to find out how each investor "marries" the two or three different viewpoints to maximize the profits.So, I will ask each of you, when your main focus says that a property or deal does not work for your standards, do you even attempt to work the numbers using another method?

Get a contrasting color along the baseboard and make the room pop for cheap.Flooring:Small bathrooms are perfect.

Sooo… We are painting this commercial building this brown/red color, from white… We like the color.
