I like the month to month concept but I'd rather not go that route. 

Judging by your post and personal attack, I'd say you didn't get this simple concept and are not a millionaire...People don't become millionaires buying luxury cars Chief....And not everybody cares about luxury cars.

"Listsource" has been a good concept, but since it seems you may not be able to use their site to generate leads in your area.

My recommendation is to know the concepts of the loans and to rely on a good loan officer who can navigate you through all these intricacies.  

Passion is great your concept is flawed.

The whole concept makes me uncomfortable, but plenty of people will tell you just the opposite!

It is still a foreign concept to me, obviously I know most people put about 10 to 20% down on their first homes.

@Randall Brown Good to know my petty criminal is not the only joker out there with a half-baked concept of liens!

The concept is similar to how insurance claims work on cars.
