Another thing is if they need some renovations be sure not to skip corners because the work you put into them starting out, or at any point particularly on the systems, will be the work that hopefully will last for the next 10-15 years while you hold the property in your portfolio and then you shouldn’t get calls to come and fix that specific element again.
