There may be some local business that would LOVE that property as-is, that just doesn't know about it.I'd start with some fliers, and walk down the street, drop one off at every existing business.

My numbers are kind of tight on cash flow due to a blanket loan (had to do to pay off lots of debt/rehab). 

Even the other older homes along the road had no legal access even though there is a shared road.  

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

A great thing about rentals in warmer locations is the tax write off abilities.
