They eventually have paid so far, albeit late.

Had court date 8/1, they no showed, so we have default judgement.

So this is what I got from it.

Friend of mine today said his housekeeper called and said her car got repossessed and had all of the cleaning supplies in it. 

The Assisted Living Facility will have insurance and $1M in liability coverage.I called my current insurance and they told me they would no longer cover if I rent to a business like this.

Trying to figure out the best move for growing my portfolio, so any input would be much appreciated.

With that kind of income, I think you should be able to do so.

You should be looking for a light rehab project that you can finish up quick and get some experience under your belt so that you can get better terms for those more aggressive projects.
