It takes a lot of fine tuning for your accounting but once you set up your system it works pretty smoothly That way I don't have multiple checkbooks and multiple accounts to balance.Make sure not to hold any property in your operating LLC.

If you do start looking for a home now by the time you find something it would realistically be a month+ from now(6), wait for closing(8), move(9), get ready to rent your prior residence(10), so it might not be an issue at all because you're getting pretty close to that 1 year with things going smoothly realistically you'll likely be at 1 year before you actually made it a rental.Just notifying the lender will not cause them to call it.
