Do you know what sort of investing you are thinking of doing?

Most likely its some sort of roll over from previous months they couldn't read the meter or they were on even billing and have been going way over all year. 

Even if they don't exercise their right to buy, you keep the option consideration and you don't have the usual landlord hassles of tenants damaging property or calling you to fix things since they have "skin in the game."

Most of the stuff that happens in title is formulaic and can be automated, but sometimes it's more complicated and takes a real human to sort through. 

In my market, brokers fail to use social media to do any sort of marketing and are completely missing the boat.  

If it can wait, I probably would to avoid a high rate and any sort of ARM (adjustable rate mortgage).

I'd love to know what sort of neighborhoods are the most up and coming for those millennial out of towner types like myself.

Yet while it is very subjective, you all sort of arrive at pretty similar conclusions of what an A, B, C, D is even within that subjectivity, and it is hard to pin down exactly how we do that.
