This particular home will not likely sell as a flip for more than $50-60k.

We are considering selling this empty lot for additional cash flow, however, I worry that by doing so will devalue the rental property when it comes time to sell.

Purchase price: $80,000 Cash invested: $10,000 First Investment, house hacking, fixer upper, using as core investment to build on to while learning to make small tiny homes to sell.

I ended up having to sell that building for a different reason which resolved the issue but it was a nightmare.

I've owned the property for about 7 months. 1) I can drop the price another 13% and break even. 2) Drop the price 1-2% thought-out the next few months and hold until it sells?
