My credit score at is a 670.

I have an 800+ credit score, and I would still pay 15/3 for hard money in my area.

@Bryan Hancock, Thanks for sharing.I used to also think Fundrise was best-of-breed and ranked it at number 1 in an older version of the rankings.  

All applicants liked that they could also report their payments to credit agencies to help raise their score.  

I believe the basic of version of Mileiq is free.For receipts, you may want to try shoeboxed, or just keep them in organized folders on dropbox.

Am I missing something or do they have versions for Single Family Homes as well?

The only thing that you have to offer them is that selling to you will keep their credit score clean, but almost all of them are in denial about the entire foreclosure, or about anything that has to do money.

The problem that I am having is that my current residence has  A significant amount of equity,  however with my credit score being in the 500s  I am finding it impossible  to cash out Refi.. so if I'm not able to use a HML is there any other option you would recommend other than waiting for my score to improve....
