No central heating, windows units, kitchens and exterior/yard all renovated. 

All said and done, I filled up 5, almost 6 40 yard dumpsters, and almost everything in the house was destroyed by rodents, mold, mildew, and time.

Each unit is 2 bed/1bath around 1000 sq ft with a massive private yard for each unit.

It resulted in the newly installed LVP to soak for more than 24 hours and we couldn't salvage it.

It's recycled junk from the back yard.

I experimented by placing a new parking lot in the back yard that included a new sliding metallic remote controlled gate due to the very limited amount of parking in historically preserved neighborhood.

Plus they don't bark and bury their waste vs leaving it in the yard (not a nuisance).
