Is there general advice right now to get money onto a fixed rate asap, or is there projections for continued low rates?

There have been some upgrades, like the roof, paint, kitchen appliances  etc.Now what gives me concern is that my realtor has a wait for the right buyer to come along strategy.  

I'm a big proponent of using sites like homeadvisor, thumbtack, porch, etc to find contractors, but for the life of me I can't seem to find a decent contractor to do drywall finishing or stucco a project that we're completing. 

Its like asking the owner to fund your new project. 

If there're things to improve upon that will take the value up, for instance, roof, windows, kitchens, then consider improving.

So my question is, for those of you who have done and are actively doing fix and flip projects, what are your top three favorite methods to find great deals?

Meaning, if I have 50 SFR, that's 50 roofs, 50 drives to check on units, 50 loans, 50 closings, etc.

Depends, if you made 5k on a 50k  and 1 month project, it ain't bad.

I'm currently in the process of getting more bids but if they are in the same ball park it looks like I may lose money on the project.
