In the price range you are talking about (say roughly $180-200k), I am usually able to get really good coverage for about the $40-50/month range (depending on the particular house).

That is, if you know the address, the material information (e.g. bedroom / bathroom count, year built), and the estimated repair cost, you should be able to do rough comps in your head, without pulling MLS data!
