I "thought" I could get 4-600 a night on air BnB for the 6 months that is allowed to be occupied on land zoned recreational, but I'm not seeing anything up there that supports those prices.There are about 25 yards of dirt between the highway and the lake so berms for sound reduction and possibly if the county would let you, a better turn out/merge lane to get onto the highway.

The seattle market is seeing price reductions in some areas but not a lot yet imo.
