If a bad tenant kills the lawn (or worse, kills the trees)  the cost to repair the yard could be very high and also reduce my ability to rent if the trees are gone.I would like to hear some opinions about what makes the most sense in this situation.Thank you,Rob

If so and the numbers still work go for it.If there are no comps on the main road reduce 15% of ARV from the non main road comps and you should be safe.
