The fact is that it's just a best guess that you'll never know how accurate you were until you sell the property in the future.

I am selling a property where the buyer is putting a home on it and wants to remove it.  

I am looking to purchase an existing motel to renovate and turn into a condotel...where the individual units become condo units, and the motel still runs like a normal motel to guests.How can I legally pre-sell the units before acquiring or purchasing the motel?

It was a heck of a learning experience.Upon seeing the tail end of market FOMO, I tried to sell for $1.2M, and it didn't go.

Half the family would like to sell that home and use that money towards a downpayment on the new place. 

What baffles me is that they are trying to force sell me insurance for the past, when we already know that nothing has happened to the property during this time.

Alternatively, do you turn around and sell the property after finding damage? 

I have a few owner finance properties now but my plan moving forward is to wrap a refi and sell it to the end buyer on payment plans.
