.- pray more- focus more on being a better father and husband- get promoted to MSG so I can funnel more funds towards REI before retirement- lose at least 30 lbs.- begin wholesaling for capital- acquire four or more rental properties- earn an income of $20k or moreI think every one of these points contribute to better REI.

I graduated high school in 2007, started tech school in that same summer of 2007, accepted the full time job in 2008 and due to the condensed course schedule, graduated in the winter of '08 and was promoted.

I believe the guru investing workshop being discussed in this thread is Than Merrill's real estate investing 3 day wokshop promoted by Fortune Builders. 

However, I cannot seem to assess the most respectful way to share and promote my investment activities on social media without upsetting my employer.

Mind you this is with a regular consumer account, but with 30% off for a current promotion.

You’ll spend a fortune maintaining this structure  Caleb, curious why you promote the position that "the best LLC is no LLC" ??  

Turnkey, although promoted as completely passive, still requires more input from the investor than notes or crowdfunding.
