I love tiny homes, but the only thing that would make that living situation horrendous is by having such a tiny space while having other people that close to me.

Some cities are banning glamping/tiny homes unless its permitted by the city.

Keep in mind that in addition to not producing any notable revenue for the company, you come with a certain amount of risk or liability that they assume responsibility for.

What is worse, the floor plan in the home I was considering is pretty bad, making the kitchen super small with no room to expand it or even add an extra bathroom so the main level would have a tiny kitchen with only 1 bathroom.

The low initial investment, quick cash, and eye opening profit margins allowed me to invest in, and now own, a nice portfolio of income producing real estate.
