I live in Rockville where there is practically NO small multifamily properties.Aside from Baltimore and DC, where else can I look for multis?

I'm already living as cheap as is practical in my situation.

HOA's should not be able to ban anyone in az from offering Airbnb, Vrbo since the new law passed:Governor Doug Ducey of Arizona has signed SB 1350, a law which prohibits cities and municipalities from banning the listing and use of short-term rentals like Airbnb, HomeAway, and others.I also have a lawyer friend who practices HOA law and confirmed the above, but you know HOAs, they think they make all the rules...

They know i live out of state and could practically make up phony invoices for work that never happened.

The laws in several States are changing because of wholesalers at times questionable business practices.

There have been times I've been crushed at work - but I'll take a 5 min break, and look up someone I've only talked to a couple of times and go over and visit with them - ie. practicing networking skills.
