I'm not sure if that is a feature exclusive to paid members, so the best way to know would be by clicking the "grey profile personal" bubble in the upper right side of the screen and playing around in the "Personal Profile" area. 

Turn Key is much more straight forward... it more a ROI play on your cash. 

The first deal I did had two college students in it paying market rent and I just took over their existing lease for 6 months and played by the rules they were using before.

I tend to take the straight-forward approach in all cases, because even though this is a business and we have to play coy occasionally, we are talking about a persons living situation, so it's rude to not be up-front, IMO.I hope that was helpful.

I've been playing with the idea of selling my house, and I'm sure this is a very basic question but I was not able to find any answers on the BP forum or on Google.Last year I got a 10 year loan to finance a roof replacement on my house, and now I'm wondering if the remaining balance on that roof loan would prevent me from being able to sell the house until after the roof loan has been paid off? 

There's also a lot of others out there that are perhaps more dubious but may think they have something to lose by going against what is being played up as 'the flow,' but I'm not so sure it is 'flowing' in that direction. 

I suspect we will meet someday seeing we are so similar in the same area of San Diego.BTW our likely next play is building an ADU in higher class area. 

Especially on investment properties because their are so many risks and costs that come into play.

But I think it's best to play it safe, and if you expect to sell a rehab for 300k in August or Sept... .shave off at least 20k.
