The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.My plan would be to convert the garage and living area on the ground floor into additional bedrooms to make 6 rentable rooms ($6k per month total revenue) with shared kitchen.

My plan right now is to stay at home for a year after college and save as close to 100% of my salary as I can (parents are happy to cover a lot of my expenses).

My plan is to buy and hold because I’m here to play the infinite game for me and my family.

I will generally only suggest it to those who plan to utilize the property themselves for personal use.

@Eric Abel If you plan to go this route, it's best to learn your market first and start talking to those working in the business.

Sure, do your homework but don't sell any rentals until you are sure and have a plan.

I am new to wholesaling and plan to make this a bigger part of my business.

I plan to use this home as a long term rental.
