There's no perfect software out there.

There are no such things as order of operations, learn from your mistakes and don't ever think you're going to do it perfect the first time.

Due to the Hurricane there will be a small window where sales are not as abundant and the market analysis will reflect lower numbers again due to the storm and lack of sales.

Make a list of non-negotiables for your perfect investment property, and keep narrowing it down until you find a town that fits your goals.

What typically happens if the eye of storm hits Cape Coral head on?

If it's a major storm and destroys hundreds or thousands of homes, then it could have an impact on that particular market.

Perfect place....much better choice in every way than Oregon.

This is extra crazy though because Florida was already dealing with an insurance crisis before (thanks to roofing scammers mostly, wonder how all those brand new roofs there held up in the storm…).
