I am told we can easily put a truck stop, a feed store, a Tractor Supply type place would be easily allowable, Even a legal marijuana farm is allowed.

Like others, I highly recommend it.If your focus is Chester county only, I would add Downingtown to your "farm" area, you may have some luck finding small multi-family (2-4 units) to house hack.

I also have six local long term rentals in my hometown and a 9 ac. farm in Costa Rica I'm developing (that's a whole other story).I don't aspire to own tons of properties, I feel what I currently have is enough to tide me over.
