It is a soul sucking, 50 hours a week, and my co workers there are just bad.I have the opportunity to get into a line of work that I am much more passionate about, but it will come at a little bit of a cost.

I feel this was a passionate rant.

I am very organized, keep things simple, don't mark up on repairs, etc and just have a passion for it.

Finished as backup offer on 3 properties and had another fall out of closing because of a really bad appraiser and a seller who refused to budge off their number.Despite the setbacks our interest/passion for real estate investment has only grown. 

I originally planned on staying at home to save up for a house and invest in stocks, but recently started researching side hustles and REI caught my interest instantly; it is something I am passionate about as well as can help me reach my goals of financial freedom in the next decade or two.

I have put quite a bit of thought into it and it really seems like something I could be passionate about.

I have had a passion for real estate since I was a kid and just recently ponied up the money for a pro membership on BP as I plan on taking REI seriously.

I’ve been wanting to do fix and flips for the past 3-4 years and I’m extremely passionate about it.
