I am proud to say that BP is the reason I was able to close my first deal.

The bottom line is learning the business & while learning develop your strategy, niche & network so you can then participate in the business as a professional.

I hope to produce a blog taking into account all of the solid advice I have received from everyone thus far that will ultimately make them proud to know they had a hand in helping me succeed in this venture.

Today i participated in a 1 vs 5 meeting with the HOA at avocado village because I have had several notices for abuse of the 24 hour parking policy and that my fiance had "interfered with parking enforcement...my fiance has been towed once. 3 to 4 years ago the 24 hour policy was changed...from a free for all anything goes in the 24 hour parking spots, to a permit only heavily monitered and documented towing and fine isssuance policy.

I just want to tell you that I am proud of you, At 23 you already looking at how to create wealthy.

With the right partnership, I'd consider HML loans and being an active participant in the process.

I am one of those califorina idiots and proud of it.. easy 7 figure profits just on appreciation over the last couple decades well it all spends.
