No bedrock, no cement, not even a stack of stones, nothing to keep those 4X4s from slipping in deeper and deeper, which is what they do with the weight of a kitchen and the help of a few million termites...and being the old deck/back patio...as in 1920 house.

It is rather unfortunately that I can't build these relationships organically via networking face2face as I currently work overseas.  

You'll find the most success keeping it organized and simple. 

We are trying to get the equity out of the property but getting stone walled by all banks and all brokers that i have talked with.

I eventually upgraded to a DECRA stone coated steel roof 5 or 6 years ago.

I am purchasing an older home (1938) that is stone foundation that I suspect will need some work.

Personally, I can't bring capital, but I bring problem solving, creative thinking, consistency, time, good with my hands, people skills, ability to manage and multitask, logical and organized, and can learn most systems quickly. 

Not only with this allow me to practically live for free, but it will be a great educational experience and my first stepping stone in building a strong portfolio of rental properties.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
