Our Puerto Vallarta vacation rental will do alright for us, but we bought it with two goals in mind -- 1. investment and 2. personal use -- and I'd say the latter was an even bigger consideration for us.

It's a great market but you really need to understand it or work with a strong team that does. who do u use for DSCR's and what rate did u receive if you don't mind me asking?
