Has anyone had any experience using the REIA Express software by Real Data? 

I have a software program that finds me the most deeply discounted properties in a zip code, both on market and off market. 

I am having a hard time finding this information online anywhere, so any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. 

I'm forming my LLC now online thru MD... do you see any benefit to adding my wife's name to the business ?

I have read a little about that online.

I have looked online but only 2-3 companies come up that manage smaller multi-family apartment buildings.

I currently work in the Commercial Real Estate Industry as a Software Director and ive always been intrigued in Buying/Selling homes.

I am in the process of closing on a property I picked on an online auction.

I am searching for some quantification ideas that I don't have to take my tape measure and fo manual calcs, seems that this is the answer, the software seems like a dream come true, with all furnitures, plumbing, electrical templates, just like autocad but lighter. any inputs is greatly appreciated.
