I know turnkey properties that we are selling do have a great upside in next decade based on numerous different factors so if an appraisal misses by 10k on paper today the long term issues isn't too big of a deal short of more cash down you are unable to use elsewhere.  

By itself this joint is strong, however it is the thinsetting of the backer board to the subfloor that locks the joints together creating the monolithic substrate.Something to remember is that just because numerous people do something a given way, doesn't make it right.

I then talked to them about the National Republican convention coming to Cleveland in 2016, the associated boom for businesses, the modernizing of the dungeon looking airport, Cleveland Heights Coventry area, Ohio City, Shaker Heights, Eastern expansion, the amazing hospitals and top of the line clinics, numerous universities, jobs associated with the building and service industries that benefit, Lebron James, sports teams, hall of fame and the list goes on and on.  

It's surprisingly difficult to have realtors take phone calls, answer emails or even call me back after I left numerous voice mails.
