It is a newly constructed building, only two years old.It has 4 one-bedrooms, each about 700sq ft.Currently three are rented for $850, one for $900, for a total monthly income of $3450.

So I either need to install an additional door in the bedroom right by the boilers so a plumber in the future can actually access them (given they are facing in the wrong direction on the drawing...if you look at the drawing the front of them are facing 9 o'clock but it's really supposed to be 6 o'clock) or I rip out the boilers (installed 2009, a lot of life left IMO) and run gas lines to the newly installed Central Air unit in the other bedroom and gas lines to the attic where the 2nd apartment Central air is installed.

I live in a city that can change from middle class to lower class pretty quick and they don't use newly renovated comps, they use the bare minimum as long as its inhabitable.They also start charging higher interest rates and origination fees for more expensive projects, and even add a $1,600 single purpose entity fee.
